Land Development Coordinator
Originally from Mississippi and having grown up in both Mississippi and Alabama, Jacob has always been interested in real estate, land, and development. They have worked in real estate in various capacities since the age of 17 and have had the privilege of contributing to projects across all the states they have called home.
Throughout their career, Jacob has found that their passion lies in building connections with the people involved in the subdivision process—from land acquisition through construction and sales. They enjoy watching properties evolve from raw land into finished products and value the relationships built along the way.
Outside of work, Jacob enjoys spending time with their dog, friends, and family, as well as participating in service projects throughout Houston.
