How Your Loan Works

  • Each month, your payment is made of:
    • Principal: the part that lowers what you owe.
    • Interest: the cost of borrowing.
    • Escrow: money set aside for taxes/insurance (if required).
  • Paying on time = you own more of your land.
  • Paying late = you pay more interest, and it takes longer.

  • ACH (Auto-draft): Set up with your bank for automatic payments.
  • Online
  • Phone: An Additional Fee will apply
  • Mail: Send a check/money order (Write your Loan ID).
  • No cash accepted.

  • Call us before you miss a payment.
  • We can often help with a plan or extension.
