How Your Loan Works

Each month, your payment is made of:
- Principal: the part that lowers what you owe.
- Interest: the cost of borrowing.
- Escrow: money set aside for taxes/insurance (if required).
Paying on time = you own more of your land.
Paying late = you pay more interest, and it takes longer.

ACH (Auto-draft): Set up with your bank for automatic payments.
Online
Phone: An Additional Fee will apply
Mail: Send a check/money order (Write your Loan ID).
No cash accepted.

Call us before you miss a payment.
We can often help with a plan or extension.
